The best hotel I've stayed in the last year. We stayed in a triple room that was spotless, huge and so comfortable! Another plus is having the shower separated from the toilet and they even have a sink outside. The staff was just amazing. And the food! OMG that breakfast was out of this world! And you always have snacks available at the kitchen so if your hungry at 3 am, just pop by and grand some noodles, fruit, juice, rice crackers, etc. Very nice people, always available to answer all our questions. It has a very relaxed vibe. I wish I could have stayed for more than 2 nights. There a restaurants, shops, laundry and a temple in walking distance. Go try the chicken close to the hotel. It's great! And also, if you're walking around the city, and you feel like having water or a ice cream, just pop by another BED hotel, and they'll be happy to help!. :)

The hotel itself is nice--never felt too busy with people, good availability of amenities (including ~3 car parking spaces plus more space for bikes), and good/varied breakfast. But what was amazing was the service of the staff--the care and time put in to help us out (such as tracking down a restaurant that serves a less common curry, or arranging with an outside tour company to drop us directly at the bus station (and therefore make the last bus of the day!) even though the company had told us it wasn't possible). Always very friendly, very helpful, and clearly putting in a lot of work--even compared to the already high standard of hospitality at most spots in Thailand. It really felt like an oasis in the city; thank you again to the staff! P.S. two very cute cats!

I saw this place as a polished "hostel for adults" and we loved our stay! It was quiet, clean, comfortable - not a lot of 'extras' but that's also not what we were looking for. Breakfast was great, with lots of varied Western and Asian options. Staff were lovely and helpful. Someone came to greet us and help with bags when we arrived by taxi. We had to change our check-out date rather last-minute and they were flexible and accommodating. Lots of bottles of water were available to grab from fridges on every floor. Loved having a spacious room with a quiet balcony facing the trees, it was super peaceful. Room was comfortable and clean. I was skeptical about the shower and potentially getting water everywhere, but it was great.

Absolutely wonderful! Superbly located near wat phrasingh. The famous S.P Chicken is less than a minute away! Many good eateries and coffee shops are within five minutes of walking. The room has a lovely little balcony and toiletries are provided. The best feature is round the clock coffee is available free of charge and every floor has a fridge filled with glass water bottles for you to take free of charge. The mini fridge has a few complimentary drinks and the telly has a good collection of channels although most of them are in Thai. Lots of red trucks and tuktuks are available if you want to travel to other places in Chiang Mai. Tip: Room 202 is near the elevator and very quiet.

This is the type of place where the employees and special touches make it a wonderful stay. The front of house staff always went above and beyond to assist us. Each morning we were greeted with the best breakfast we had throughout our entire trip vacationing through Thailand. The fridges throughout with free water was also a thoughtful touch. We were just so happy and comfortable the entire time we stayed here. Additionally, the location is great for seeing everything you could want to see in the old city in walking distance. If you wanted to venture outside the old city, tuk tuks were readily available or you could ask the front desk to call you a cab.
